Replace our fixing brackets
The quality and reliability of the fixing brackets for our vertical radiators that were installed by you in the period from September 2007 to the end of December 2008 is in doubt. Therefore it is crucially important that we replace these brackets as quickly as possible.

It is essential that we act quickly for two reasons;
Firstly, we want to prevent any new incidents from occurring. The quicker we replace all brackets, the sooner we can guarantee the safety of your – and our – customers.
Secondly, the heating season is beginning and our radiators will be in use again. This could lead to incidents because our vertical radiators could become unstable on the problematic fixing brackets.
So there is no time to lose. Again, we urgently request you to help us to replace the fixing brackets for all radiators Kos-V, Faro-V and Vertical you installed in the period from September 2007 to the end of December 2008.
Don’t get caught out, take action today. Either by replacing our fixing brackets yourself or by giving us the addresses to enable our service teams to take action. Together we will make sure that our radiators stay firmly in place.
